- All our items are handmade and finished on an individual basis and so their beauty is that they are all going to be slightly unique. However, rest assured, any item that our quality control pixies aren't happy with will never be sent out!!
- We never intentionally make money on Postage & Packing. If ever a combination of postage costs means we can save you money we'll work out the difference and refund it without being asked
- We are so confident you will love your item we are pleased to offer a no quibble guarantee. If you change your mind, or the item isn't 'just right' for you, we'll happily exchange it or provide a refund. This will even cover your own P&P costs! Read here for more information.
